Advertising and Sponsorship

Dear Patron of the Arts,

On December 9-12 th , Adirondack Ballet Theater is putting on the annual performance of The Nutcracker at the new Charles R. Wood Theater in downtown Glens Falls. To raise money to pay for the theater, costumes, and sets we are selling space in our program for businesses to display an ad. At a low cost to you, your business ad can be seen by over 400 patrons in a day. All we need from you is a business card or ad and a check made out to the Adirondack Ballet Theater. We will reproduce your ad into our program. Our prices are as follows:

$35 - ¼ page (equals a business card)

$50 - ½ page

$100 – full page

This year we are also introducing another outlet through which businesses can donate to our organization. For this year's production of The Nutcracker we are offering the opportunity for businesses to sponsor scenes in the performance. The added benefits of scene sponsorship over an ad in the program is the increased visibility to our audience. Your company name will be listed alongside the scene in the program, as opposed to in the preceding or following pages. Also, your ad will be seen on a posterboard in the lobby during the performance, on the flyers for the show, and advertised on our new website, www.adkballet.com . Prices for this opportunity range from $150-500, depending on the scene sponsored.

Either way you choose to sponsor the Adirondack Ballet Theater, you will have increased visibility in the community. Your ad will be seen in the program, and you can also supply coupons or flyers for us to distribute at the performances and at our fundraisers.
